I have been working on a companion app for DPC lately. The idea is to make DPC more accessible to existing and new crowds. The objective is not to replace the legacy site completely, but rather allow users enough functionality so they can use it for most stuff. Functionality that doesn't exists in the app will continue to be done on the good old legacy site. Missing functionality will be added over time.

An Android version is available for preview while an equivalent Apple version is in the works. Phones and tablets are supported. It is currently in a "Closed Testing" phase.

I am now looking for testers of the app. If you are a brave Android owner willing to invest some time experimenting, please PM me with your Android ID (normally a gmail address), and I will add you as a tester.

The following functionality is currently available:

. Front page view
. Voting
. Submitting to challenges
. Archived challenges view
. Active Forums threads view
. Posting to threads
. Creating new threads

I can't use the link from my phone. It says that the testing version isn't available or make sure I'm logged in, but it doesn't give me a log in option.

Apparently that exquisite sensitivity also makes it easy to double-post ... ;-)

Scrolling through the challenges while voting is also kind of glitchy. I understand you have to hold down to open the image to enlarge it. But you can't swipe in any direction. It's also very sensitive to the touch. It skips around the images if you lightly touch the screen. especially if you're trying to enlarge it and don't press hard/long enough, it just skips forward.
