Well I'm quite chuffed how well this went considering I ummmed and aghhh over whether to enter it, but the more I viewed it the more I thought how couldn't I. When I stumbled upon this scene I couldn't believe my eyes..it was way too good to be true so I tried ever so hard to not bother them, the least thing I wanted for, was one of them to fly away, that would of ruined everything. So I fired away 5 or 6 quick shots, and was thrilled that they all posed so amazingly for me. ..I mean even their bodies were perfectly aligned... so the least I could do was give them a fish each :)

I do have to tell the truth, there was one more smaller bird to the right, a little unbalanced of course so I cropped him out. Glad you liked it, and with 8 comments and 2 faves, that's quite rare these days. Thanks for all the nice comments and votes.

Well it was a 10 from me coz the picture is WOW! and 'photographic quality' plays a much slighter role.
Congratulations on the ribbon, Anita.

Ha! I agree with your chuffedness. I was struggling between a 6 and a 7.

Six because... it's really not a great quality of photography (which you've already mentioned, or I would not be) and seven because it's just a fabulous find!

Congratulations on your win on the toss up! LOL!

Ohhh lordy, is this a fine shot, 1 in a thousand shots of perfect front and back birds. I really like it, so an 8 from me, if there had been a little more contrast in the birds and sharpness to counteract the softness of the white background, would have given it a bit higher.
