 when i took this photo my nephew Paul was working on his rally car .. a Datsun 1600 ...

he assembled the hoist himself ..

the BMW in the background was written off .. Paul bought it and fixed it up to sell .. the Ute on the right is his road car .. it's a beast ..

Paul worked in the car industry including several years for McLaren in Spain as a test driver and engineer ..

he is an exceptional rally driver .. its an artform for him ..

cars are his passion ..

you could call them a toy because he can lose himself when working on a car or driving one .. and that is a form of play .. which is what you can do with toys .. :)
