This image meets the challenge with lines that lead directly to the subject. I like how the lines are under and above the bird, and echo each other.
The contrast is quite good and leaves no doubt as to the subject. The bird stands out nicely.
Unfortunately the eyes aren't visible. They are the most important aspect. Always try to focus on the eyes. IF the rest is a little fuzzy, so what! As long as you can see the eyes.
I'm sure you had to do this real quickly, before it flew away.
I like how the head is cocked. It shows expression and movement.
Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
Good luck in all your photographic endeavors!
Regards,
Grayce

good use of lines to lead to the subject, just needs sharper focus on the subject

The Sparrow could have been just a wee bit better focused. Nice lines though.

Little birdy is a bit fuzzy, but lines do draw you to the corner and to focus on the subject

This does meet the challenge. The bird is really out of focus. They are hard to shoot. Try setting your shutter speed faster. Good luck.

You've got all the leading lines directing to your main subject good. The main subject is a tad out of focus though.

Great candid shot, difficult to get a good clear shot of wildlife, which would be my main suggestion for improvement in this shot, and maybe a different crop so the bird wasn't so much in the center of the bottom of the photo.

Probably scared the hell out of him with the flash, etc. :)

I think the lines should have more of a play in the shot. My eye is drawn to the subject because of the color and dominance. The lines do not draw my eye to the subject. You did have a good idea here letting the lines work. Next `lines` challenge, let the lines take on a more active role in the shot. :) -Clicker-
